Process:

Step 1: Form groups and activate prior knowledge.
Step 2: Travel back in time to collect research
Step 3: Return to the present and organize your material into a visual presentation.
* Once you have formed your groups, each group member will choose a role to research. Share prior knowledge about the 1960’s with your group members.
* Click on the Resources Page to find links and guiding questions for your chosen role. Take notes and remember to cite your sources. And don’t forget to gather photos!
* Once you complete the research, your group will create a visual presentation. You may either create a PowerPoint or Keynote slideshow, an animated slideshow using GarageBand, or a recorded movie using iMovie to present your information.
* Everyone is required to answer the questions on the conclusion page and the BIG question:
How have the events of the 1960’s shaped the world today?
